this is a very interesting and informative course to take to help learn about nutrition and how to fulfill nutrition needs depending on your age and life choices whether your pregnant have a medical disease like diabetes etc.

This was by far my favorite course. As someone pursuing a degree in accounting, much of the material felt intuitive or second nature. It was both beneficial and relatively easier compared to other courses. Many concepts are self explanatory, and while some formulas require practice to fully grasp, working through problems on your own makes them much clearer. Overall, I really enjoyed this course and found it very rewarding.

I quite enjoys this outside of needing it for a gen-ed class. I've always enjoyed documentaries pertaining to environmental preservation but this class reignited things. I'll be looking to apply what I learned from the course.
